While this food challenge includes a selection of recipes from the Satvic food books, we have also curated new and exciting recipes exclusively for this program.

We highly recommend attending the sessions on the same day to fully immerse yourself in the experience and benefit from live interaction. However, if attending live is not possible, don't worry, recordings of the sessions will be made available until Wednesday following the conclusion of the workshop. We encourage you to fully commit to the program to experience the benefits of Satvic food.

To fully participate in the challenge, you will need access to a kitchen and basic kitchen equipment such as a blender, pots, pans and spatulas.

Additionally, you will need to have measuring cups and spoons for accurate ingredient measurements. If you don't have them, you can purchase them from our website at https://satvicmovement.org/products/the-kitchen-kit or through Amazon.

All recipes demonstrated will be designed to serve 2 people. However, you have the flexibility to adjust the quantities based on your specific needs. Feel free to double or half the recipe as required.

This is a cook-along challenge, meaning you will be preparing the dishes together in real-time. It is recommended to be in your kitchen during the session to fully participate and make the most out of the experience.

We encourage you to attend all the sessions, as you will experience the real benefits when you prepare and eat all 21 meals with us. However, if you miss a session, don't worry- recordings of the sessions will be available until the Wednesday following the conclusion of the workshop. We encourage you to fully commit to the program to experience the benefits of Satvic food.

You can join from your phone. No problem. However, for the best learning experience, we recommend joining from a laptop.

No, the plan shared in this 7-day challenge is not designed for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers. As the nutritional needs and requirements during pregnancy and breastfeeding differ significantly, we recommend that pregnant and breastfeeding mothers refrain from joining this program.

No, this challenge will not be suitable for individuals with diabetes as we will be incorporating sweeteners (even though natural) into our recipes.

To provide the best experience possible (without any technical glitches) the sessions will be pre-recorded. Don't worry, the sessions will still be highly interactive as thousands of other participants will be joing the sessions with you.

While the sessions are pre-recorded, our team and other participants will still be available to answer any questions and provide support through our Facebook group.

If you have registered but have not received the confirmation details, please reach out to us through our website.

We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
